# BEPpoker End User License Agreement

Effective date: 2026-07-05

This End User License Agreement is an agreement between pzuggler and each person who installs or uses BEPpoker.

By installing or using BEPpoker, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, do not install or use the app.

## License Grant

pzuggler grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BEPpoker, provided you obtained the installer from pzuggler or from pzuggler's official download page.

This license is for non-commercial use only.

## Restrictions

You may not:

- redistribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer BEPpoker
- use BEPpoker for commercial purposes
- remove copyright, license, or third-party notice information
- use BEPpoker in a way that violates applicable law

## Ownership

BEPpoker is licensed, not sold. pzuggler retains ownership of BEPpoker and all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.

Third-party npm packages and Cargo crates are governed by their own licenses. Those notices are listed in `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md`.

## Local Data

BEPpoker is a local-first desktop app. It reads configured local PokerStars hand-history and tournament-summary folders, stores imported data in a local SQLite database, and provides local backup, export, restore, and diagnostics tools.

The privacy behavior of the app is described in `PRIVACY.md`.

## Support

Support is not guaranteed. Support requests may be sent to pzuggler@gmail.com.

## Security Reports

Security reports may be sent to pzuggler@gmail.com. There is no guaranteed security response time.

## Warranty Disclaimer

BEPpoker is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. pzuggler does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pzuggler is not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from BEPpoker or this agreement.

## Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this agreement. After termination, you must stop using BEPpoker.
